Kings Funerals supports a range of community organisations in Geelong including bereavement support groups, veteran’s groups, aged care facilities, and sporting clubs.

We are proud to be a donor to the St John of God Hospital Community Appeal through which the Louise King Therapy Garden was built and opened in 2014.

Some of the community organisations we support are:

  • Give Where You Live’s BIG program (Businesses Investing in Geelong)
  • Open House Geelong
  • Hope Bereavement Care
  • BacLinks
  • GPAC Green Room
  • Geelong Cricket Club
  • North Geelong Football Club
  • Grovedale Tennis Club
  • Belmont Bowls Club
  • Costa House
  • St Joseph’s Cricket Club
  • Geelong City Cricket Club

We love Geelong and some of our strongest memories and connections have been made through involvement with community organisations. Please contact us by phone or through the Contact Us section of this site if you wish to discuss opportunities for supporting your organisation.

There for Geelong Foundation

This year we established the There For Geelong Foundation to recognise our 60th anniversary milestone.  The purpose of the foundation will be to contribute to and celebrate the things that are important to Geelong.

This foundation provides a formal structure for the King family’s philanthropic activity, following six decades of community giving and involvement.

Being involved and taking an active role in the development of our local community has always and will always be a part of how the King family does business.
